Michael Kingshot  Michael Kingshott CVO
Managing Director

Between 1981 and 1993 Michael was the Managing Director at Sally UK Holdings and then Chairman between 1993 and 1995. Subsequently he became non-executive Chairman of Embassy Property Group plc, which was acquired by Jacobs Holding plc in 1995. Michael has had over 36 years of business management experience in a wide range of companies including acting as a non-executive director of Bidcorp plc.

Michael is responsible for the longer term strategic direction of the company. With his extensive experience and knowledge of the market, he also pursues growth of the company through acquisition of both properties and other serviced office operators. As Managing Director he leads the board in its discussions and deliberations and he is available to investors should they wish to discuss any matter of corporate governance.

 

Andrew Bourn - Serviced Office Group  Andrew Bourne
Director

In 2002 Andrew founded Bourne Financial Ltd, a London-based serviced office company. Bourne Financial was formed in collaboration with Henderson Global Investors to implement a concept that would derive numerous revenue streams from previously un-leasable office space in the city of London. This was achieved through an extensive refurbishment program and installation of a highly advanced IT infrastructure.

The model soon evolved to offer financial services, including FSA registration and compliance through a regulated entity. Presently operating out of "A" Grade office space, this comprehensive service offering continues to be popular with a wide range of businesses from start-ups to established organisations.

Andrew actively sources compatible properties and established serviced office providers to add to the SOG portfolio. He is also responsible for introducing and implementing additional market-leading services to the SOG offering.

 

Liz Scannell - Serviced Office Group  Liz Scannell
Finance Director

Liz gained her ACA qualification in 2003 and worked in Deloitte's real estate and hotels team for 10 years. Whilst at firm she gained experience in financial reporting, governance & internal control, sales & acquisitions of both businesses and individual properties, risk assessment and forecasting.

 Liz joined Serviced Office Group in January 2010 and was appointed Finance Director in May 2010. She has responsibility for overseeing the production of regular and timely financial information for the Board, including annual budgets, monthly management accounts and forecasts. She is also responsible for ensuring that Serviced Office Group complies with all necessary requirements in respect of its financial reporting obligations and achieves clarity and transparency in reporting to shareholders.

 

Andrew Butler - Serviced Office Group  Andrew Butler
UK Sales & Operations Director

Andrew joined March 2011 after enjoying an excellent career at Regus Group for 14 years. Well known within the property & serviced office industry he brings to the business corporate experience as well as extensive knowledge of the UK marketplace.

Headquartered in London, Andrew as the Operations & Sales Director is responsible for ensuring the business delivers excellent customer services as well as growing the business through new business development, acquisitions & client retention. He holds full P&L ownership of the business and day to day operational control.

 

Natasha Williams - Serviced Office Group  Natasha Williams
UK Operations Manager

Natasha joined Serviced Office Group in July 2011 to head up the UK Operations team.

Prior to joining, Natasha spent 9 years at Regus Plc, moving to Serviced Office Group after spending 2 and half years as an Area Operations Manager. Natasha was responsible for the Management and running of the London West centers.

Natasha ensures the growth of the Serviced Office Group teams, through training and development, to ensure the business delivers excellent customer service. Also by heading up the HR department, Natasha is focused on the implementation of development tools from Induction through to employee career development and on-going coaching.

 

 

Daniel Taylor
Non-Executive Chairman

Daniel Taylor is currently the Chief Executive Officer and sole shareholder of Westchester Capital Ltd, a London-based investment company. Daniel started his career at Bank of America in San Francisco and New York. He successfully founded and managed the property investment company Victoria Asset Management Inc. in Houston, Texas. In 1995, Daniel founded Westchester Ltd and has provided seed capital to a number of AIM-listed companies. Mr Taylor is also a director of Grosvenor Park Media Limited.


 

 

Peter Duffy
Non-Executive Director


Peter Duffy worked as a stock market analyst and later as an economist with the Economist Intelligence Unit. He joined the Daily Telegraph as a Financial Journalist – where he was a founder member of the "Questor" column. Subsequently, he was a Director of fund management companies within Touche Remnant Group and was for ten years Managing Director of the £250 million TR Property Investment Trust Plc, later in Henderson Global Investors, and now within the Thames River Group. Since retiring, Peter Duffy has served as non-executive Director and Chairman of several listed and unlisted companies.
